ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Janai developed a passion for the Culinary industry at an early age. Cooking skills were developed and grounded from mother and grandmother. Janai decided being an ordinary cook wasn't enough. She attended Johnson and Wales University where she received two Associate degrees in "Applied Science" for Culinary/Baking and Pastry. Being well-rounded in the Culinary industry is a must for Chef Janai. Transforming dishes is her specialty that sets her apart from the rest. She has cooked for cooked for men and women across the globe, and is also the proud founder and Executive Chef of "Ask The Chef" a business that "Inspires ordinary cooks to think like a Chef"
